Who processes your data

Abanin Studio (Tema Abanin), a video editing and post-production studio. For any question about your data — including deletion — write to Temaabanin@gmail.com.

What we collect

From the contact form: the name you enter, the contact you give us (email or Telegram) and the text of your message. Nothing else — there are no hidden fields.

Anti-spam fingerprint: instead of storing your IP address we store an irreversible fingerprint of it. It lets us see repeated submissions from the same source, but the address itself cannot be recovered from it.

Page views: a plain counter — a date and a number. No cookies, no visitor profiles, no external analytics service.

Cookies: only your chosen theme (light/dark) and language, kept in your browser. Plus a session cookie for the site owner when they sign in to the content editor. No advertising cookies.

Why we need it

To reply to your enquiry, to keep the form from being flooded by bots, and to know roughly how many people visit the site. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.

Legal basis

For the form — your own action of submitting it. For the anti-spam fingerprint and the view counter — our legitimate interest in keeping the site working. You are never required to submit the form: you can simply email us instead.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare R2 storage; the site itself runs on our own server in Amsterdam. Both are located outside Russia, so by submitting the form you agree to your data being transferred across borders.

Who else sees it

A new enquiry is forwarded to the studio owner as a Telegram message and, if email notifications are enabled, through the Brevo mail service. Those are the only recipients. We do not pass data to advertisers and we do not sell it.

Note also that the videos on this site are served from Cloudflare R2, so when a video loads your browser contacts Cloudflare's servers and Cloudflare sees your IP address as part of that request. Fonts come from this site itself — nothing is loaded from Google.

How long we keep it

We keep the 500 most recent enquiries; older ones are removed automatically. Any enquiry is deleted sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to Temaabanin@gmail.com and we will do it and confirm, normally within a few days and in any case within 30 days.

Children

The site is aimed at businesses and adult clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
